Professional commercial construction company, specializing in office renovations, is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high level administrative and organizational support to the CEO. It is a very fast-paced business environment with a great team atmosphere.
A successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and have extensive experience managing a complex calendar. Responsible for editing, proofreading and releasing correspondence, presentations, documents and RFP’s on behalf of the CEO.; attend meetings and record minutes; coordinate logistics for meetings, events, conferences; arrange travel; on-board new employees and oversee administrative staff. Must be diplomatic, tactful and discreet. Must be able to deal with a wide variety of clients - with varying personalities! Great client services skills are a must. Company is located several blocks from a metro but does have parking available as well.
