Administrative Assistant - Bethesda, MD

We are looking for an administrative assistant for a Bethesda based company. Our client is looking for a professional individual who is well organized and enjoys interfacing with people on the phone and in person.  The successful candidate will have have the ability to deliver to deadlines, enjoys multi-tasking, works efficiently and is excellent with their time management.   • Provide general office support

  • Answer and direct phone calls

  • Support various departments as required

  • Enter data into spreadsheets and presentations

  • Make travel arrangements

  • Process invoices and expense reports

  • Set up conference rooms for meetings

  • Order catering and materials for company meetings

  • Distribute mail


  • 4-year degree preferred, but not necessary

  • 2-3 years of previous office experience, internships included

  • Proficient in MS Office, to include Word, Excel

  • Professional demeanor

  • Excellent verbal and written communication

  • Detail oriented

  • Proven work ethic

  • Motivated to learn and grow with the company
