Front Desk Administrator - Non-Profit

This position provides administrative support to employees and customers in a busy office. This role will include multiple administrative duties including answering phones, scheduling and filing. When guests and clients walk into the office, our client wants them to find a friendly, smiling face and a helping hand. The ideal candidate has excellent communication and multitasking skills, a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
Greet clients and guests visiting the office
Manage office inventory and order supplies as needed
Answer telephone, screen and direct calls; take and relay messages
Receive and sort mail and deliveries
File necessary documents
Maintain organized records
Tidy and maintain the office as needed
Provide general administrative and clerical support
Other duties as assigned
Minimum of three years of administrative work in a professional environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Exceptional customer service skills
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Must be able to interact positively and cooperatively with individuals at all levels over the phone
Strong attention to detail
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment
