Administrative Assistant - Hospitality

Job duties:

·         Correspondence

·         Internet research

·         Database maintenance

·         Meeting planning

·         Creating Reports

·         Creating presentation materials

·         Researching and compiling data

·         Phone, filing, organizing, keeping everyone calm!

 Must haves:

 ·        Level-headed and cool under pressure (busy office!)

·         College degree

·         Excellent Word, Excel and Outlook skills

·         Strong attention to detail

·         Ability to be calm when faced with multiple spreadsheet tasks

·         Excellent communication skills, written and verbal

·         Great organization skills

·         “Go-getter” personality

·         Friendly, professional demeanor

·         Good basic research skills

·         Reasonably good multi-tasking skills

Salary is dependent on experience but will be in the range of $45K - $52K, company offers top-notch benefits and is forward thinking in understanding the importance of work – life balance.
