Senior Administrative Assistant - Trade Association
As the Senior Administrative Assistant to a Director and his team of a large, national trade association, you will be the key member of the team to coordinate the administrative functions and manage the operations of the department. This team is searching for an experienced Senior Administrative Assistant with a proven track record for delivering quality work while managing their daily administrative and office management needs in an efficient manner. Provide administrative support to several staff executives, including project and meeting support and travel arrangements.
Support critical Operations Section programs and technical committees, including announcements, event logistics (A/V, room assignments, catering, etc.), meeting materials preparation and dissemination, and posting documents to the website and committee SharePoint site.
Proofread and format publications and other documents, make editorial corrections, and provide publication support.
Support Operations Section SOS Survey Program. Format and create online surveys with Survey Monkey. Disseminate surveys, download responses, format summaries, submit for legal review, and post to website.
Coordinate and conduct ballots for engineering group codes, standards, publications, and technical papers.
Use CVENT to establish online registration for events/meetings and review/modify event pages as needed.
Work with Meeting Services to coordinate meeting logistics for various events and serve as the primary contact for hotel and catering staff. Ensure AGA meets contractual obligations with event hotels. Provide necessary support for in-house and out of the office meetings.
Creates and organizes web site pages as needed.
Maintain Committee, Discussion Group and Task Group rosters in netFORUM.
Travel to Operating Section meetings, workshops or other events to provide on-site administrative support when requested.
Create Professional Development Hours (PDH) claim forms; process forms, prepare and send verification letters to members who claim PDH hours for designated Operations Section events.
Provide support to member company representatives/committee members to help them with access to AGA resources including website and SharePoint.
Process invoices for approval

MS Office guru. You not only know the advanced functions but you are also quick.
