Bi-lingual Front Desk Admin (Spanish/English)

This position requires a bi-lingual (Spanish/English), highly detail-oriented and systematic individual who has excellent interpersonal skills. Creative problem solving, exemplary customer service, and strong communication are necessary. The right candidate will relish the opportunity to build, implement, and manage multiple administrative systems with minimal supervision. Deep commitment to completing tasks the right way with a high degree of quality, attention to detail, and consistent communication is a must. Greeting visitors/managing incoming packages
Coordinating conference room and meetings
Keeping office wide calendar
Maintaining the company filing system, both paper and electronic
Assisting the marketing department with brochures, flyers, online marketing
Assisting with website updates, blog sites and social media
Sending reminders of upcoming critical dates
Qualities must include:
Excellent communication skills and fully bi-lingual in English and Spanish in reading, writing and speaking
Technically savvy and able to learn new programs quickly and able to troubleshoot common issues; proficiency in Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook and Internet skills
Have excellent attention to detail and high-level accuracy with documents
Concerned with doing things the right way the first time
Flexible in daily routine; ability to prioritize and manage shifting responsibilities
Ability to assess, prioritize and act quickly
Learning based and solution oriented
Deadline driven and extremely organized
Open to new ideas and systems
Able to stay calm and patient in all situations
Excellent interpersonal skills; can empathize and build relationships with a variety of personalities
