Our reputation is due in large measure to our recruiting and evaluating process. We have developed an effective screening process which filters out candidates who do not meet elite's rigorous criteria. We do thorough interviewing, reference checking and skills testing. The skill testing software has the capability to test for over 2000 categories of skill, including specialized testing for a variety of industries. We routinely test for MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Grammar and Spelling, Proofreading and Typing. Clients may request additional testing at any time.
